我是好奇的猫。过去看过一本欧美的惊险小说，说某位法官从事职业生涯一辈子的时程中，觉得一些本应当判处死刑的，但凭正常的程序无法判他们的死刑；于是他退休后，以旅游度假的名义，将这些人全招引到某个孤岛上，然后一个个地谋杀他们。可能因为英美法系的法官有造法的权力，当然这也是这小说写成的逻辑因素。而我们国家是偏向于是大陆法系的吧。不过最高法院如果看什么人不顺眼，也可以通过司法解释，尽量为高贵的杀人犯开脱罪责，从法律上为他们的谋私利做好充分准备。
我与那小说中的法官正是相反，我觉得某人罪不当死，而被权力者私下判处死刑，我要说说，他们才死得瞑目。刚才我又听见鬼的声音说：睡着了。

After the
